These terms apply when you use wealthwithoutdrama.com, use the Money Leak Finder, or buy or download any Wealth Without Drama product. By doing any of these, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or products.
Education, not advice
Everything we offer is general education about personal finance. It is not financial, investment, legal, tax, medical or other professional advice, and it doesn't create a professional relationship with you. Please read our Disclaimer. You are responsible for your own decisions; for advice about your situation, talk to a licensed professional.
Buying
- You must be 18 or older to buy.
- Orders are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record and handles payment, sales tax or VAT where required, receipts and delivery. Gumroad's own terms also apply to the checkout.
- Prices are shown before you pay. We may change prices for future purchases at any time.
- Our refund promise is explained on the Refunds page.
Your license
When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download, read, print and use the products for yourself and your household. You may not resell, share, publish, upload or give away the files, the license key or the Money Leak Finder link, or use them to make a competing product. Your license key is for your own use. Keys tied to refunded or disputed purchases stop working.
The Money Leak Finder
The Money Leak Finder is a calculator. Its results are estimates based on the numbers you enter and on the assumptions it shows you; they are not guarantees or recommendations. We may update or improve it, and while we aim to keep it available, we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Our content
The website, guides, scripts, letters, app and videos belong to Wealth Without Drama and are protected by copyright. Photos are used under the Unsplash license. You may copy the sample letters to send your own mail; please don't copy our content to republish or sell it.
Using the site
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, overload it, copy it in bulk, or get around the Money Leak Finder's license check.
No warranties
The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the content is complete, current or suited to your situation. Laws, rates and company policies change; examples in our products are illustrative.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wealth Without Drama will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any financial decisions you make or their results. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or products is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in question. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
Disputes
If you have a problem, please email contact@wealthwithoutdrama.com first; most issues are solved quickly, and refunds are available within 30 days. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Wealth Without Drama operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The terms in effect when you bought apply to that purchase.
