This policy explains what information Wealth Without Drama ("we", "us") collects when you visit wealthwithoutdrama.com, use the Money Leak Finder, or buy or download our products, and what we do with it. The short version: we don't use tracking cookies, analytics or ads, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- When you visit the website. We don't use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other trackers. Our hosting provider, Netlify, automatically keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to run and protect the site.
- Settings saved on your device. If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is saved in your own browser. The answers you type into the Money Leak Finder are also saved only in your browser, on your device. They are never sent to us. You can erase them with "Start over" in the app or by clearing your browser's site data.
- When you unlock the Money Leak Finder. The license key you enter is sent to Gumroad to confirm it belongs to a real purchase. Gumroad records how many times the key has been used. Nothing else from the app is sent.
- When you buy or download something. Purchases and free downloads are handled by Gumroad, which acts as the seller of record. Gumroad collects the details needed for the order, such as your name, email address, payment details and location. We receive your name, email address, what you bought and basic order details. We never see or store your full card details.
- When you email us. We receive your email address and whatever you choose to write.
How we use it
- To deliver what you bought, give you access to the Money Leak Finder and help you if something goes wrong.
- To handle refunds, prevent fraud and keep the records the law requires (for example, for taxes).
- To send you emails about our products, only if you agreed to receive them. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it for advertising. We only use these service providers to run the business:
- Gumroad (store, payments, delivery, receipts and emails). See Gumroad's privacy policy.
- Netlify (website hosting). See Netlify's privacy policy.
- Our email provider, to receive and answer your messages.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as needed to support your purchase and meet legal and tax requirements, and emails as long as needed to help you. Hosting logs are kept by Netlify for a limited time under its own policy.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time. Depending on where you live (for example California, other US states, the European Union or the United Kingdom), you may have additional rights under local law. To make a request, email contact@wealthwithoutdrama.com. We will answer within the time the law requires, and we will never treat you differently for using your rights.
Because we don't track you or sell your information, there is nothing to opt out of for "sale" or "sharing" of personal information or targeted advertising. Browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control are respected by default, since we don't track anyone.
Children
Our website and products are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
The site uses encrypted connections (https), payments are processed by Gumroad, and we keep the information we hold to a minimum. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect it.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
